Some clothes, when you look at them, just scream cuteness. This adorable off-the-shoulder top was one of those pieces. It gives off the sense of innoncence with all of its ruffles so I figured that it was fitting to take them on my front porch and be just your typical girl next door.
This top is has the biggest, fullest ruffles and I can’t even begin to express just how cute it is in person. The best thing about it though is the price! It was only $14.99! I purchased it off Sheinside. Normally I am skeptical of the clothing websites that ship directly from China but I have to say that everything that I have ordered from this company is really good quality, especially for the price. I would, however, recommend ordering one size up because everything tends to run a little small.
To play up the Girl Next Door vibe I tied a pink bandana around my neck. I actually got the idea from a lot of my Instagram friends and I love how cute it looked. My bandana was from the craft section at Wal-Mart and was only $1! They had a lot of colors to choose from but I loved the vibrancy of the pink.
When I saw the pink of the bandana, I immediately thought about one of my favorite handbags from Marc by Marc Jacobs. While this bag is a few years old it still looks great and has definitely help up over the years. I love the color blocking and how the pink and red play off one another to make a really unique color palette.
For my jeans, I went with a great, classic pair of flares. I love that this trend is coming back around again. I love how the flare elongates the leg and I personally think that they are very slimming. They do a good job of balancing everything creating the illusion of a slimmer figure. My shoes are a TJ Maxx find and are probably one of my favorite finds to date. They are Steve Madden and were less than $15!
This was a super fun outfit to wear and I hope you loved it as much as I did! Until next time my sweet friends!
