I love when new shops and boutiques open in Savannah so I was super excited that I was able to attend two Grand Opening celebrations in one weekend!
The first event was for the Parlor Blow Dry Bar.
Parlor offers you the salon experience, without the salon price tag. Their motto of, “Get In, Get Gorgeous, Get Going,” embraces the speedy, easy and convenient nature of their services. Who says your locks should only look their most luscious after you’ve spent hours and oodles on a color and cut? The stylists of Parlor believe you deserve to look and feel your best anytime and all the time. They have taken the luxury of the salon experience and shifted the focus on affordable blowouts and styling.
For the Grand Opening event they sold raffle tickets to benefit Dwaine and Cynthia Willett Children’s Hospital of Savannah. They were raffling off some truly amazing prizes!
My favorite prize, and the one that I hoped to win, was a Kendra Scott jewelry bundle!
Besides the amazing raffle, they also had yummy snacks, a great selection of drinks and a DJ! I loved how they turned the sinks into mini coolers for the drinks!
It was a great evening of snacking, checking out the salon and meeting new friends! I can’t wait to schedule my first Blow Out! Now I just need somewhere special to go when I have it done!
Vivi was able to go with me and she made quite the little impression! She was waving to everyone and was even stealing Mommy’s snacks!
The next event that I was able to attend was the Grand Opening of The Brass Belle in Downtown Savannah. The Brass Belle is the cutest little boutique that is full of Southern charm.
The boutique features the cutest clothes, homegoods and locally made jewelry, as well as tons of gift ideas. They even offer a wedding registry! Many of the items are exclusive to Brass Belle and can only be purchased at the boutique!
The owner, Emily Brazeale, is a graduate of SCAD University and is just as sweet as a glass of Southern Sweet Tea! For the event, she greeted guests with champagne, Mimosas and cookies, and checked out every customer with a smile! Even now, you can go to the store and there will most likely be champagne for you to enjoy while you shop!
Emily is hoping to expand her business into a lifestyle brand, eventually opening different locations specializing in specific areas. She also hope to become involved in the community, giving back whenever possible!
